Attention Athletic Trainers & Athletes:
Orland Park Orthopedics provides a free "Bumps and Bruises" clinic every Monday for area-wide athletes (and Saturdays during football season). We understand that waiting to be seen by a doctor can cost an athlete a start. Our goal is to provide prompt evaluation and early return to play for competitive athletes.
Bumps and Bruises patients are seen on a first-come first-serve basis on Mondays from 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM and 10 am until 11 am during football season.
